Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using UnloadDaily, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use UnloadDaily.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
UnloadDaily supports mental fitness, reflection, leadership growth, and optional faith-based encouragement. It is not a replacement for professional medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for medical or mental-health concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Subscriptions & Billing
UnloadDaily Plus is offered as a monthly ($7.99) or yearly ($59.99) subscription with an optional 7-day free trial. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time. Your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Refunds are handled according to the policy of your payment provider (Stripe or Google Play).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is bullying, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm; not to impersonate others or share another person's private information; and not to spam, misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Content deemed political or off-mission may also be removed.
Community Standards & Zero Tolerance
UnloadDaily has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive behavior in the Brotherhood community and accountability groups. Prohibited content includes harassment, hate speech, threats of violence, sexual content, and content that encourages self-harm. Objectionable content may be automatically hidden and is reviewed by our team. We remove violating content and may suspend or ban users who violate these standards.
Reporting, Blocking & Moderation
You can report any post using the report control, and you can block members within accountability groups so you no longer see their content. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; content that reaches our report threshold is automatically hidden pending review. By posting, you acknowledge that your content may be moderated or removed to keep the community safe.
Your Content
You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you must not submit content you do not have the right to share.
AI Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for encouragement and reflection only. Use your own judgment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request deletion at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
