Who We Are
UnloadDaily ('we', 'us') provides a men's mental fitness app offering check-ins, journaling, AI coaching, and optional faith-based content. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Account details (name, email), content you create (check-ins, journal entries, reflections, messages to the AI Coach), usage data, and subscription/billing status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and Google Play) — we never store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and personalize the app, generate AI feedback, track your progress, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure. Your private journal and Mask Off entries are visible only to you and are never shared with other users.
AI Processing
Content you submit to the AI Coach, journal reflections, devotionals, and growth plans is processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your private content to train public models.
Community Content
Posts in the Brotherhood community are anonymous to other users. Do not share personally identifying or sensitive information in community posts.
Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, AI, payments) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Your Choices
You can disable faith-based content, edit or delete your entries, and cancel your subscription at any time. To request account deletion, contact support.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Not Medical Care
UnloadDaily is not a replacement for professional medical care, therapy, or emergency support. If you are in crisis, use the in-app Emergency Support or contact local emergency services.
